Before you write — quick answers

• Digital orders: download links are delivered instantly after payment — on the order confirmation page and by email. Vault collections purchased via our Payhip partner store are delivered by email from Payhip. Check spam first — then email us and we'll re-send your files.
• Physical orders: apparel and framed art are made to order by our print partners — production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. You'll receive tracking by email.
• Returns & refunds: see our Refund Policy. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on physical products.
• Licensing digital products: personal and own-content use is included; reselling or redistributing files is not permitted. Details on each product page.
